SO.I.ME Liban began operations in Choueifat back in 1996, having been established by a group of dedicated Italian engineers. It adopted the latest European systems in the field of ready-mix concrete production, installing a batching plant with a capacity of 75 m3/h. By 2004, SIBLINE has taken complete ownership of the company, operating it while preserving the brand. In the year 2011, to expand capacity and improve services, SO.I.ME Liban replaced the 75m3/h by a new 120 m3/h batching plant. Also located in Choueifat, this plant was equipped with a water chiller system.
Within the same year, to serve the needs of the area north of Beirut, a second 120 m3/h batching plant was installed in Bauchrieh. This plant was equipped also with a water chiller system. In 2018, two batching plants with a combined capacity of 160 m3/h were installed in Awkar.
SO.I.ME Liban currently employs 85 employees consisting of managers, engineers, office staff and field workers.
