Conscious of its corporate social responsibilities, Sibline undertakes efforts to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its employees and their surroundings. The performance of safety management systems is being monitored continuously and being improved to avoid accidents. Risk identification and mitigation processes, as well as safety audits are carried out periodically. Sibline takes every opportunity to evaluate and improve these processes.
In 2016, Sibline achieved conformity with the BS-OHSAS 18001:2007 standard which was replaced in 2021 by the ISO 45001:2018. This refers to an occupational health and safety management system that helps identify, control, and reduce the risks associated with health and safety within Sibline plants.

The Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes health and safety policies, indicates that Sibline has provided and is maintaining safe and healthy working conditions. The company is noted to have the necessary safety equipment and established working procedures for all employees, visitors, and contractors who may be affected or involved in company activities.
