Sibline continuously invests in the development of its cement and concrete laboratory, which performs the following roles:
- Conduct of critical analyses of cement and concrete characteristics.
- Identification of problems in concrete production and applications.
- Development of innovative formulas designed to address specific needs.
- Creating new products based on the company’s range of cements.
Laboratory testing processes are conducted by a highly motivated team. They are extensively experienced in the design of concrete mixes and in testing various types of concrete and cement aggregates. Laboratory team members are drawn from related academic disciplines. Each one has attended several training seminars and workshops that aided in their acquisition of appropriate skills needed to govern laboratory operations.
All laboratory measurement tools and equipment are subjected to frequent calibrations and certifications by recognized professional agencies. Calibration procedures, including those done in-house, are traceable and performed according to relevant standards. On a daily basis, environmental conditions in the laboratory are monitored and controlled to meet testing requirements.
Test certificates are issued in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements.
